Privacy Policy
How Matrix Sig collects, uses, protects, and manages your information.
Last updated: September 15, 2026Information We Collect
Matrix Sig stores the account, profile, forecast, follow, watchlist, and subscription-access data needed to operate verified forecasting records.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate accounts, display profiles and forecasts, calculate scores and rankings, personalize feeds, deliver requested notifications, prevent abuse, improve the service, and comply with law.
Forecast & Profile Data
Published profiles, forecasts, outcomes, scores, and category performance are public according to profile visibility. Email addresses and authentication credentials are never public. Forecasts are timestamped and locked so records can be independently evaluated.
Advertising
Advertising providers and advertising cookies are not currently enabled. If Matrix Sig introduces advertising, this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated, and consent and privacy choices will be provided where required before optional advertising technologies are activated.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, preserve immutable forecasting records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain security.
Security
Publishable browser credentials are separated from server-only credentials. Row-level access policies protect private account actions and subscriber-only forecast choices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
Contact the site operator through the method provided by the service to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
International Data Transfers
Service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where applicable, Matrix Sig uses appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Children’s Privacy
Matrix Sig is not directed to children who are below the minimum age required to create an account in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect accounts from children in violation of applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the service, technology, or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when the latest version was published.
