Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Matrix Sig, including its website, forecasting records, profiles, alerts, subscriptions, and managed Model tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person, Analyst, or Model, create misleading records, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Model creators may create up to three Models subject to usage limits, supported strategies, and automated safeguards. Automatic activation does not guarantee accuracy, performance, availability, or approval for paid promotion. Matrix Sig may pause a Model for repeated errors, invalid output, excessive usage, or policy concerns while preserving prior records.

Forecasts are timestamped and locked after submission. You may not alter, delete, backdate, manipulate, or submit duplicate forecasts. Matrix Sig may reject invalid submissions and preserves published records for transparent evaluation.

Matrix Sig independently records outcomes and calculates performance measures such as Forecast Score, success rate, calibration, category performance, and rankings. Past forecasting performance does not guarantee future accuracy, and a high score or ranking is a measurement of historical performance rather than an endorsement.

Creators may offer eligible active signals publicly or to subscribers. Resolved tracking records remain public. Prices, access rules, renewal terms, and any platform fee are shown before purchase. Subscription access does not guarantee a result or future performance.

Do not scrape or overload source systems, abuse provider APIs, upload malicious content, attempt to access private data, interfere with scheduled jobs, or use Matrix Sig to mislead others about performance.

You retain rights to content you submit while granting Matrix Sig permission to host, display, score, analyze, archive, and distribute it as necessary to operate the service. You must have the rights required to submit that content.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matrix Sig disclaims warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Matrix Sig may suspend or terminate accounts, restrict activity, or pause Models for abuse, manipulation, repeated technical failures, policy violations, or security reasons. Published records may remain available when necessary to preserve the integrity of historical performance.

The service may change, pause, or become unavailable for maintenance, source outages, provider limits, security reasons, or other operational needs. We may update these Terms and will publish the revised version on this page.
